WigWarehouse.com Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility & Timeline
• Return Request Deadline: Must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Return Completion: Once approved, items must be received within 15 days.
➤ The total allowable return window is 30 days from the delivery date.
Please note: Certain brands may have different return windows. Refer to your item’s product page for details.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- New, unused, unworn, and odor-free
- In its original packaging, including all inserts and accessories
- Returned in a sanitary condition, tried on only with a wig cap (as per NY State Dept. of Health regulations)
Items not meeting these conditions will be declined or may be subject to additional fees.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and manufacturer policy reasons, the following are final sale:
- Clearance & final sale items
- Costume wigs, beards, and mustaches
- Wig accessories (e.g., lashes, color rings, mannequins, wig caps)
Restocking Fees
- Standard items: 15% restocking fee
- Human hair wigs/hairpieces over $899: 20% restocking fee
- Unauthorized returns or poor-condition items: 20% restocking fee + store credit only
- Final sale or 'last call' items: 30% restocking fee
Return Shipping Options
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- We offer optional prepaid return labels (for customers in the 48 contiguous U.S. states) at a deducted flat rate of $11.75 from your refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
- Your bank may take an additional 4–7 business days to post the funds.
- For drop-shipped items, allow 7–14 business days for inspection by the warehouse.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- All exchanges follow the same return process.
- Please return your original item first.
- Once processed, place a new order under a separate order number for your desired replacement.
Return Refusals & Address Issues
- A $25 fee will be charged for:
- Packages returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address
- Delivery refusal at the door
- Returns sent to unauthorized addresses or PO Boxes will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Log in to Your Account:
- Enter your email address and verify with the 6-digit code sent to you.
2. Request a Return:
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose a return reason and submit your request.
3. Receive Authorization:
- If approved, you’ll receive a return authorization email with a designated return address and optional label.
4. Ship It Back:
- Pack your item securely in its original condition.
- Include all packaging and inserts.
- Ship within 15 business days of receiving authorization.
