Therefore we recommended to our products to wig experienced buyer's only. For first time wig user, please advise to your hair dresser or wig professional before purchase. It is important to read store return policies carefully to be aware of the existence and conditions of a restocking fee. For more accuracy - please visit and find out actual colors, styles or size at local wig store or suppliers near you. We recommended to our products to online wig experienced buyer's. Please choose your style(s) and color(s) carefully! Any shipping error or defective item(s) reports are must be made within 5 business days from receipt of product(s).

Damage has caused (or miss handled) by customer will be customer's responsibility. No returns or exchanges on final or clearance sale items. Exchanges are allowed two times per order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return on all eligible products to us for an store credit [no re-stock fee / no expiration / no fee] for future purchase or refund to original payment method with a 15% re-stocking fee applied, subject to the following terms. Return (Return Authorization) requests must be made within 10 business days from receipt of product(s). All returns on new, unused, unopened (including hair net, tags, tissue paper and all inserts with original condition of box) items only. Original shipping fee is not refundable and all returns are customer's responsibility. No returns or exchanges on clearance sale items and some exclusion apply. Once return(s) are received, please allow 2-3 business days for an email confirmation of your returns and refund status.

All hair extensions, weaves, costume wigs, mustaches, beards, eyelashes, clearance items, discontinued items, wig care products, wig tapes (toupee tapes), adhesives & removers, solvents, special orders, mannequins, wholesale orders, special phone orders, wig dryers (ACCHR66 & ACCHR99)* and some exclusions apply. All Clearance Sale are Final! No Return / No Exchange. Following brands are not returnable: Henry Margu Collection, Mane Attraction, Bella Nuova, Wig USA, Lace Front Wigs & Extensions, Weaves. RETURN / EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT OUR ONLINE STORE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is in its original condition, you may return it to our return department, subject to the terms of the return policy at the location processing the return. US returns are subject to the terms below. All wrong shipments (or defective item) must report immediately within 5 business days receipt of products and take an photo evidence. Defective item(s) for same style and same color only after inspected by our professional.
If the price of the merchandise you purchased is subsequently reduced and you present the merchandise in its original condition with the sales receipt within 10 business days of the date of your purchase, we will refund the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price. Only one price adjustment per item of merchandise is permitted.
If your check is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, we may electronically debit your bank account for the check amount and service fees allowed by your locality.
Do No Returns Merchandise to our PO BOX address; will be refuse or abandon; all returns are must made to provided return address only.
All sales of Online Gift Certificates and Store Credits are Final; will not be refunded. Gift cards and merchandise credits cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Returns of merchandise purchased during promotional offer periods will be credited to the purchaser according to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer period in effect at the time of purchase. If part or all of the qualifying purchase from a promotional offer period is returned and results in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, the return amount or, if applicable, any promotional coupon or other promotional device balance, will be reduced to reflect the terms of the promotional offer you would have qualified for in the original transaction without the value of the merchandise returned. If complimentary merchandise received as part of a qualifying purchase is not included in a return that results in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, and the return transaction is insufficient to cover the value of the complimentary merchandise, you will only be eligible to receive a merchandise credit for the value of the return. Additional 15% fee will be applied for refund with pre-authorized and completed in manufacturer's packaging.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCEL THE ORDER TIME FRAME
Upon receipt of your return, allow up to 10 business days for the exchange (depending on item availability) or store credit to appear on your account or payment card statement. All orders limited exchanges per order (exchanges allowed up to 2 times per each order). For cancel your order or back order allow up to 3-5 business days to appear on your payment card statement.
ORDER CANCELLED/VOID Your back order will be cancel without notice; if back ordered over 30 days since submitted (credit card information VALID up to 30 days only).
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE For shipments returned to us due to insufficient address or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $25 fee automatically charged. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for any reason.
RESTOCKING FEE: A re-stocking fee is a charge issued by manufacture's (name brands by manufacture's / local brands by our warehouse) accepting returned goods (any item(s) that has been worn, styled, or combed out is non-returnable); fees for re-conditioning, order-free and re-storing by wig specialist for re-sellable condition.

We offer for certain returns are store credit (no expiration) only allow or exchanges for others. Return policy, it includes conditions such as bringing back the original box with tags and wrapper that the product was sold in, bringing back the receipt and returning the product within a certain time period, such as a week. With store credit, the store opens an account with a positive balance for the customer account (or issued as Gift Certificate), so customer can apply this balance toward the cost of another purchase.
