If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or store credit, subject to the following terms. All return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please choose your style and color carefully; we recommend to experienced buyers only. Returns/exchanges on new, unused, unopened items only. Damage has caused (or miss handled) by customer will be customer's responsibility - for more details, please contact us.
Un-authorized refused, returned and undeliverable packages will also be treated as a return and will be subject to a 40% re-stocking fee; original shipping fee is not refundable. Cancellation requests and correct new shipping address must provide within 30 minutes from submitted - contact us

We accept any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice.
Merchandise must be returned in original factory condition (unaltered, undamaged, unworn with tags attached). The wigs and hairpieces must not have been exposed to cigarette smoke or foods smell. Opened hair extensions are not returnable; unopened original packages only.
If your order was purchased using Money Order and returned to a warehouse with your original invoice, a merchandise Store Credit will be issued to your account.
Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization
For exchanges; please choose carefully and describe exchanging item(s), plus 1st choice and 2nd choice of colors or styles.
You are responsible for return shipping costs (S & H of original shipment is not refundable).
Must packed in Corrugated Boxes (no envelopes) and re-shipping fee is customer's responsibility. SANITARY NOTE: In order to be keep all wigs and hairpieces clean under sanitary law to the State of New York, Dept. of Health Regulations.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is in its original condition, you may return it to our return department, subject to the terms of the return policy at the location processing the return. US returns are subject to the terms below. All wrong shipments must report within 7 days receipt of products. Defective item; exchanges with Return Authorization for same style and same color only after inspected by our professional.
Return Authorization must request within 7 days received of purchase, if you have the original sales receipt, wigwarehouse.com will be store credit the value of the merchandise based on the original form and amount of payment.

If the price of the merchandise you purchased is subsequently reduced and you present the merchandise in its original condition with the sales receipt within 7 days of the date of your purchase, we will refund the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price. Only one price adjustment per item of merchandise is permitted.
If your check is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, we may electronically debit your bank account for the check amount and service fees allowed by your locality.

All sales of online Gift Certificates and Store Credits are final and will not be refunded. Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Returns of merchandise purchased during promotional offer periods will be credited to the purchaser according to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer period in effect at the time of purchase. If part or all of the qualifying purchase from a promotional offer period is returned and results in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, the return amount or, if applicable, any promotional coupon or other promotional device balance, will be reduced to reflect the terms of the promotional offer you would have qualified for in the original transaction without the value of the merchandise returned. If complimentary merchandise received as part of a qualifying purchase is not included in a return that results in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, and the return transaction is insufficient to cover the value of the complimentary merchandise, you will only be eligible to receive a merchandise credit for the value of the return. Additional 15% fee will be applied for refund with pre-authorized and completed in manufacturer's packaging.
